JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 07-09-2018 This contempt application is totally misconceived inasmuch as it is apparent that the learned Writ Court, while considering the orders, as contained in Annexure-1 and 2 to the writ application, did not stay the orders rather the Court took a view that those Annexures as also the issue of rent receipts in compliance there of shall be subject to the result of the Title Suit. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this order means that no further receipts shall be issued during the

Patna High Court MJC No.3941 of 2016 (3) dt.07-09-2018 pendency of the title suit.
