2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is a case of 'Dowry Death'. It is alleged that all the named accused persons including this petitioner killed daughter of the informant for dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is a case accidental fire, in which the deceased got burn injury and during treatment, she died. She was under treatment in hospital since 01.11.2021 to 13.11.2021 and during this period, the informant and other family members along with petitioner were present and the deceased died on 13.11.2021. F.I.R. has been lodged after a delay of 42 days. The petitioner is husband of the deceased and is in custody since 09.04.2025.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts & circumstances as well as period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Vaishali / concerned Court in connection with Mahnar P.S.
