The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 2331 of 2018 (Trial No. 2343 of 2019), registered under Sections 498(a), 323 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the petitioner no.1 is father-in-law and petitioner no.2 is mother-in-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56264 of 2019(3) dt.20-11-2019 2/2 law and the allegation levelled against the petitioner is general and omnibus in nature. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above-named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Sadar Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Complaint Case No. 2331 of 2018 (Trial No. 2343 of 2019) subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
