No.908 of 2023(2) dt.02-01-2024 2/2 the petition filed under Order 39 Rule 2A read with Order XL of CPC., application dated 30.09.2022 and review application dated 29.11.2016 filed by defendant no.7/petitioner herein and defendant no.3/respondent no.4 herein, respectively in Title Partition Suit No. 398 of 2004 expeditiously.

2. Perused the record.

3. Apparently the matter before the learned trial court is of year 2004 and if some interlocutory applications are still pending, it is in the interest of the parties that these applications be disposed of as expeditiously as possible.

4. Under the aforesaid circumstances, learned trial court is directed to dispose of the applications preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

5. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the instant petition stands disposed of.
