Learned counsel for the petitioner does not deny that petitioner has been paid his arrear. In respect of earned leave, interest on G.I.C. as per counsel for the University the same would be paid in accordance with law and petitioner is only claiming that he has not been paid the arrear of D.A.

Patna High Court MJC No.3125 of 2011 (26) dt.28-08-2015 amount for the period 1.1.2006 to December, 2009. By and large amount with regard to retiral dues has been paid. However, petitioner will be at liberty to file representation before the appropriate authority with regard to left over demand. If such an application is filed by the petitioner, the authority concerned is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observation/direction this application is disposed of.
