The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Tharthari PS Case No. 226 of 2022, FIR dated 06.11.2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 307, 353, 504 and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the petitioner moved before this Hon'ble Court for grant of anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 29162 of 2023, for grant of anticipatory bail, but the same was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 05.10.2023.

After withdrawal of the first anticipatory bail application, the petitioner has again approached this Hon'ble

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65857 of 2024(2) dt.20-09-2024 2/2 Court for grant of anticipatory bail. However, once the petitioner has withdrawn his anticipatory bail application, there is no occasion to entertain his second anticipatory bail application.

In view of the aforesaid, the second anticipatory bail application of the petitioner is not maintainable and is dismissed accordingly.
