JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-07-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 354(A)/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with other accused persons sexually harassed the victim. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that due to scuffle between the family of petitioner and the informant this false case has been lodged. No such occurrence, as alleged in the FIR, has occurred. The informant with a view to harass and humiliate this petitioner lodged this case. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
