Petitioner is languishing in custody since 09.08.2016 in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 134 of for the offences punishable under Sections 143/149/353/120B/504/511 of the Indian Penal Code. The police recovered some bomb and mobile phone from the roof of the hostel No.1 at Bahadurpur, Patna. Submission of the petitioner is that the petitioner was not arrested at the spot nor the petitioner has got any criminal antecedent nor the recovered mobile etc. belongs to the petitioner. Only on suspicion he has been named and was arrested while he was getting treatment at Tara Hospital.

Case No. 134 of 2016.
