JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 14-03-2016 Heard Sri Pramod Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Kinkar Kumar, learned SC No. 27. The petitioner, has filed the present writ petition in the month of July, 2011 with a prayer to direct the respondents to treat his absorption as Junior Accounts Clerk with effect from 4.6.1989 instead of 24.3.2000. Of course Sri Singh tried to persuade the court on merit but since no plausible explanation has been given in the writ petition regarding approaching this court at much belated stage the court is prima facie not inclined to interfere with the matter. Even for the time being if it is assumed that petitioner was having any right, same had accrued in the year 2000 itself and the present writ petition was filed almost after eleven years

Patna High Court CWJC No.12347 of 2011 (4) dt.14-03-2016 2/2 from the date of cause of action and as such keeping in view the principle that if one slumbers over his right for a long period he may not invoke writ jurisdiction, I am not inclined to pass any positive order in favour of the petitioner.

The writ petition stands dismissed.
