Petitioner is languishing in custody since 31.08.2016 in connection with Buniyadganj P.S. Case No. 2 of for offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/341/342/323/324/326/337/338/332/333/307/353/427/ 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that similarly situated co-accused Budhu Manjhi @ Raj Kumar Manjhi and others have already allowed bail by another Bench of the this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 50517 of 2016 and other connected criminal miscellaneous application.

Considering the facts and circumstances, let

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52455 of 2016 (2) dt.07-12-2016 2/2 petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Gaya/Successor Court in connection with Buniyadganj P.S. Case No.2 of 2016.
