This modification petition has been filed to modify the order dated 17-07-2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26152 of 2015.

It has been submitted that petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 17-07-2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26152 of 2015 and he was granted four weeks' time for surrender in the court below but due to suffering from jaundice and being advised by doctor to take rest, the petitioner could not surrender in the court below within the stipulated time and hence by filing this modification petition, he prays for extension of the period for surrender in the court below.

Accordingly, this modification petition is allowed and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45559 of 2015 (2) dt.07-10-2015 2/2 the time for surrender of the petitioner in the court below is further extended for four weeks from today. All the terms and conditions shall remain the same, as mentioned in the order dated 17-07-2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26152 of 2015.
