There was road robbery wherein informant was deprived of his belongings as well as motorcycle which was seized from the house of co-accused Chhotan Thakur (Para 43 of the case diary) on confessional statement of petitioner (Para 40). In the aforesaid background, in the present event, I do not see it a fit case for grant of bail. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected in connection with Maniyari P.S. Case No. 165/2016. In case, so advised, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after examination of the informant.
