2. The petitioner is in custody since 12.05.2023 in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No. 145/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 413/414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b) a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, one countrymade pistol and two cartridges have been recovered from the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely on the basis of suspicion. He further submits that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the

No.59749 of 2023(3) dt.08-11-2023 2/2 case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No. 145/2023.

7. The petitioner is directed to mark his attendance in Manjhi police station on 1st Sunday and last Sunday of every month.
