The petitioner filed this petition for extension of time to surrender in the court below. The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 10.11.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42154 of 2015.

Even after rejection of the anticipatory bail of the petitioner, the petitioner did not surrender in the court for more than one year. Accordingly, the petition for modification of the aforesaid order is dismissed.
