2. The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 16.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 62411 of 2022.

3. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that the the petitioner is not willing to live along with the opposite party no.2.

4. Under the circumstances, the petitioner is not able to carry on the agreed terms and conditions and seeks for modification of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72655 of 2023(3) dt.15-12-2023 2/2 the order dated 16.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 62411 of 2022.

5. Considering the aforesaid submission, the petitioner may avail remedy of regular bail.
