Pursuant to the order recorded yesterday, Mr. Karn, learned senior counsel appearing for the Chief Electoral

7/7 Officer, Bihar, Patna has produced copy of letter dated 05.10.2015 addressed to the Additional Managing Director, Bihar State Industrial Development Corporation Limited granting no objection in the matter of publication in newspaper of notice in terms of the earlier order of the Court dated 01.09.2015. Learned Additional Advocate General No. 5 submits that such notice in the newspaper shall be published without any delay within a few days. Learned counsel for the respondents no. 3 to 7 submits that as far as the petitioners are concerned, they have been paid their due amount. He further submits that the revised notice to be published in the newspaper shall be communicated to the Information and Public Relations Department, Government of Bihar by tomorrow and all eligible persons would be called upon to come to the office of the Corporation for collecting cheque in their favour of the amount found permissible as per the records of the Corporation after being satisfied with regard to their entitlement, in accordance with law.

In view of the aforesaid, the writ petitions stand disposed off.
