Admittedly, the petitioner has been appointed on contract basis and the person who has been appointed as an In-charge Headmaster is a regularly appointed teacher. In such circumstances, the persons who have been appointed on contract basis will have to give a way to the persons who have been appointed regularly as an Assistant Teacher.
