Taking into consideration that omnibus allegation of assault has been levelled against petitioner and several others and moreover, having more or less similar allegation, some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Mithanpura P.S. Case No. 117 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, East, Muzaffarpur.
