Through the present appeal, the appellant has approached this Court against the order dated 29.10.2021 passed by the learned Special Judge (SC/ST Act), Begusarai in Bakhri P.S. Case No. 233 of 2021, whereby the prayer for anticipatory bail of the appellant has been rejected.

The allegation against the appellant is that he had abducted the father of the informant with intention to kill him and still the victim has not been recovered.

It is submitted on behalf of the appellant that appellant has been falsely implicated in this case and there is no iota of evidence against him. Appellant has got clean antecedent.
