2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 498A and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The prosecution case is based upon a complaint filed by the opposite party no. 2 in which she has made an allegation of demand of dowry and torture. Petitioner is the husband of opposite party no.2.

4. By an earlier order dated 17.06.2025, it had been agreed between the parties that the petitioner would arrange for a room at the work place and would take his wife i.e. the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61047 of 2024(9) dt.06-08-2025 2/2 complainant along with him. Today, it has been brought to the knowledge of the Court that the opposite party no. 2 has joined her husband in the matrimonial house hold.

In such view of the matter and also considering the fact that the petitioner is a constable in S.S.B, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Complaint Case No. 615(c) of 2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C./482(2) of the B.N.S.S.

6. It is expected that the petitioner would keep the opposite party no. 2 with due dignity and owner and in case the opposite party no. 2 has some very substantial and concrete grounds of grievance and of ill behaviour being meted out to her, she would always have the liberty to file an application for cancellation of bail before the learned court below.
