Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B) a, 26,35 of the Arms Act.

Two live cartridges are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner, who does not have any criminal antecedent which is evident from Para-3 of the petition. Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 24.05.2019 and having more or less, similar allegation, one co-accused Nitish Kumar@ Nitish Yadav@ Shashi Kumar has already been granted privilege of by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 20.11.2019 passed in Cr.
