2. This is second anticipatory bail petition. Earlier, the petition, filed for grant of anticipatory bail on behalf of petitioner, stood rejected, vide order dated 19.12.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 54215 of 2017.

3. Petitioner has renewed the prayer for anticipatory bail after lapse of more than seven years and there is no explanation for the same. Earlier, the bail application of this petitioner was rejected on merit. In this application, petitioner has not made out any new ground or new circumstances for consideration of this pre-arrest bail application.

4. Considering the inordinate delay of more than seven years in filing the present application and in view of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62112 of 2024(2) dt.30-09-2024 2/2 recent judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of G.R. Ananda Babu Vs. State of Tamil Nadu and Anrs reported in 2021 SCC OnLine SC 176, the second anticipatory bail on behalf of the petitioner is not maintainable. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
