JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-11-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Rajoun P. S. Case No.246 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 498A, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. As per F.I.R. petitioners are father-in-law and motherin-law of the informant and there is allegation of demand of motorcycle and Rs.1.5 lacs in cash, for that, assaulting and ousting her from the house.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the allegation of demand is on the husband of the informant. They are ready to abide by any condition imposed

Earlier notice was issued to the opposite party no.2 and it appears from the office note that the opposite party no.2 has received the notice personally, but nobody appears on her behalf.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submissions, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Banka, in connection with Rajoun P. S. Case No.246 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) Sunil Shukla/- U T
