2. This is the second attempt for bail of the petitioner as earlier such prayer was rejected by order dated 21.03.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 4281 of 2024.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No. 182 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 308, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. The petitioner is the assailant of the deceased. The post-mortem report supports the prosecution case. The petitioner is in jail since 19.09.2023. The trial has started and two witnesses have been examined.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is the
