JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 04-11-2015 Heard Mr. Pramod Kumar Singh in support of the application which has been filed on behalf of the informant in connection with Belaganj P.S. case no. 166 of 2014. It has been submitted that wrong statement was made by the petitioners while obtaining the bail. He submits that in fact charge sheet till date has not been submitted. On going through the order dated 30.06.2015, it appears the Court recorded the submission of the petitioners/opposite parties in para 3 at page 2, which is not said to be an incorrect submission made by the petitioners of the said case.

This Court finds no good reason to proceed further

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49137 of 2015 (2) dt.04-11-2015 2/2 for cancellation of the bail granted to the opposite parties. The application is dismissed.
