====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE V.N. SINHA ORAL ORDER 14-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

Both the petitioners are named in the First Information Report as the one to whose house the deceased was called by Chandan Yadav and thereafter provided meal and then he returned to the house of the informant where he died. After post mortem, viscera was preserved for chemical examination. From the report of the chemical examiner, it appears that the deceased was poisoned.

In the circumstances, let the petitioners surrender in the court below within four weeks

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19272 of 2013 (6) dt.14-01-2015 from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in the court below and apply for bail in connection with Fulwaria P.S. Case No. 173 of 2009 which should be considered in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the fact that this Court has not granted him the privilege of bail in the event of arrest.
