2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 302, 201, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Petitioner is named in the F.I.R. with the allegation of taking the son of the informant from his fruit shop on his motorcycle alongwith other co-accused persons and after commission of his murder, they threw the dead-body of deceased and committed theft of the motorcycle of the deceased. The said motorcycle was recovered on disclosure of co-accused Md. Mister, who named this petitioner in his confession. Petitioner has got altogether 18 criminal antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for bail and submits that there is specific accusation that this petitioner alongwith others took away the son of informant and thereafter, the dead-body was recovered.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the prayer for bail of petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
