2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Brahampur P.S. Case No. 362/2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner is the married sister-in-law (Nanad) of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation of torture and having participated in the killing.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is the married sister-in-law of the deceased who was staying at her matrimonial home and not at her parental home, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Brahampur P.S. Case No. 362/2023, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
