The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case no. 507 of 2016, registered under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing of the daughter of the informant by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased and she has falsely been implicated in this case and only to give undue pressure this case has been filed by the informant. Moreover, the husband of the deceased is in custody. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of her

Case No. 507 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
