2. The petitioner is a Panchayat Teacher who has filed this writ petition challenging the recovery sought to be made by the respondent authorities to the tune of Rs. 12,19,432.
3. Since, the petitioner is a Panchayat teacher, in view of the Bihar State Teaching Institutions Teachers and Employees
Patna High Court CWJC No.14931 of 2025(2) dt.10-09-2025 2/2 (Dispute Redressal and Appeal) Rules, 2020 and the decision rendered by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 10222 of 2022 (Rani Kumari Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.) along with series of connected writ petitions, this writ petition is hereby disposed off with liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the concerned District Appellate Authority for redressal of the grievances raised in the present writ petition.
