2. The petitioner is in custody since 06.06.2015 in connection with Turkaulia P.S. Case No. 405 of 2015 for the alleged offences under Sections 302 and 120(B) IPC.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and prima facie there is no material to connect the petitioner with the alleged occurrence.
4. Learned APP assisted by learned counsel for the informant submits on the basis of para 41 of the case diary that the petitioner was in touch with the FIR named accused persons.
5. Having regard to the nature of accusation, gravity of the offence and the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed.
