JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-01-2021 The learned counsel for the respondents State Shri Alok Ranjan, AC to AAG-5 as well as Shri Vivek Anand, the learned counsel for the Accountant General, jointly state that the entire death-cum-retiral dues of the petitioners have already stood paid.
The learned counsel for the petitioners does not refute the fact that the death-cum- retiral dues have already stood paid, however, he prays that the petitioners may be granted liberty to approach the respondent authorities for grant of interest on the
Patna High Court CWJC No.15814 of 2018(5) dt.13-01-2021 2/2 delayed payment of retiral dues.
Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of, however, with the aforesaid liberty.
