2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Purnea Sadar P.S Case No. 1083 of 2023 from the Court of learned ACJM 1st, Purnea registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

3. From perusal of records, it appears that earlier prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is rejected by this Court vide order dated 15.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23358 of 2024. After getting rejected his application from this Court he did not approach trial Court for filing fresh application rather he straight way filed in High Court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 62172 of 2025(3) dt.07-11-2025 2/2 without filing in the trial Court. Thus, this Court is of the view that, firstly petitioner shall go trial Court for filing his bail application if the petitioner may files his bail application in trial Court then the trial Court may give his order without being prejudice of this order.

4. Hence, this application is dismissed.
