JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-11-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No.146 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the learned CJM, Khagaria.

It appears from the impugned order that the petitioner withdrew the anticipatory bail application before the learned Sessions Judge.

Under the circumstances, this Court is not inclined to consider the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner. Accordingly, this application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to move before the learned Sessions Judge afresh.
