The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Special Case No. 09 of 2012/Vigilance P.S. Case No. 26 of 2012 registered under Sections 420, 409, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and section 13(2) and 13(i)(c)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The F.I.R. is lodged after lapse of three years. The petitioner has never submitted any false vouchers. He has not indulged in bungling of such amount, i.e Rs.14000/-. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
