Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 333, 307, 353, 427, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is of obstruction in discharge of official duty by the police personnel, the petitioner allegedly damaged the police vehicle when attempting to assault the informant with lathi.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the case. There is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
