This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 307 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation of commission of fire arm injury is against co-accused, Atul @ Prince. Allegation against the petitioner is that he had called the injured along with other accused person to the orchard.

Considering the nature of allegation, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Udwantnagar P.S. Case No. 311 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
