====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-09-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 337, 338, 307, 379, 354B, 171-F of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, on 13.05.2024, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including these petitioners pressurized husband of informant to cast his vote on 'Lalten Chhap' and on protest, all the accused persons looted his shop and took away Rs. 34,000/- from the cash box and damaged

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that informant and petitioners are co-villagers and they are supporters of different political parties and on the account of last parliamentary election, some altercation took place due to political rivalry. Allegation against petitioners is general and omnibus.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

6. Considering the nature of allegation and backdrop of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Suryagarha P. S. Case No. 151 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
