This is an application for grant of regular bail on behalf of the petitioner who is an accused in connection with Vaishali PS Case No. 88 of 2015 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 304B, and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur.
The petitioner is the younger brother of the husband of the deceased. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that allegation of demand of dowry is general in nature and the petitioner's implication is based on suspicion. The petitioner is in custody since 4.4.2015.
Considering the submission, this application is
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46065 of 2015 (2) dt.14-10-2015 2/2 allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Vaishali PS Case No.88 of 2015.
This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present himself before the Police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on his part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
