Petitioner is in custody since 04.11.2015 in connection with Nath Nagar (Madhusudanpur) P.S. Case No. 196 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 302 and 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, happens to be the father-in-law of the deceased, is an old man and has no concern with the alleged occurrence. Charges have been framed in this case. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody for more than one year.
Considering the nature of accusation, let the

No.52333 of 2016 (4) dt.07-03-2017 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Bhagalpur in connection with Nath Nagar (Madhusudanpur) P.S. Case No. 196 of 2016.
