The present writ application has been filed seeking direction upon the respondents to arrest the accused of Patori P.S. Case No. 73 of 2001.

From the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the State, it appears that the accused have been arrested. In view of the aforesaid, it is agreed at the Bar that the case has become infructuous and accordingly the same stands disposed off.
