Petitioner submits that in fact there has been no marriage between the parties. This case has been lodged only to pressurize the petitioner to accept the marriage which was nullity for which the petitioner lodged the case where he was forcefully abducted and sought to be married.
Having considered the facts, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioner
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51367 of 2014 (3) dt.09-06-2015 abovenamed shall be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in Rajgir PS Case No 142 of 2014 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
