The petitioner claims that though he had discharged duties of Vikash Mitra after his appointment on 04.01.2014, he is not being paid his emoluments from July, 2018. Petitioner has a statutory remedy under Bihar Right to Public Grievance Redressal Act, 2015, which he can invoke. This application is, thus, disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Public Grievance Redressal Officer to raise the grievance which he has raised in the present writ application.

Needless to say that if petitioner raises such grievance before the Public Grievance Redressal Officer, the same shall be
