JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 09-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is a Veterinary Doctor, was appointed on contract basis, claiming that he had not been paid the arrear of amount of honorarium from May 2012 to December 2012 as well as of 13 days in February 2013 with compound interest. In paragraph 8 of the counter affidavit it has been averred that the aforesaid arrear has already been paid to the petitioner and has nothing left unpaid and has claimed that the

Patna High Court CWJC No.13511 of 2013 (4) dt.09-12-2016 2/2 aforesaid amount does not include the interest. In view of the statement that the payment has been made, there is no need to pass any order for granting interest upon the arrear of the aforesaid amount.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed of.
