JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 30-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner, Sunil Paswan, is in custody in Jehanabad Mahila P.S. Case No. 74 of 2013 under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to the prosecution case, this petitioner along with other co-accused persons were subjecting to cruelty to the deceased and at the last, they killed the deceased. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this petitioner is junior member being Devar of the deceased and is in custody since 04.06.2015.

Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case and that this petitioner is junior member being Devar, I direct

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50673 of 2015 (2) dt.30-01-2016 that the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad Mahila P.S. Case No. 74 of 2013.
