The appellants seek pre arrest bail in connection with Supaul SC/ST P.S.Case No.4 of 2017, registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 379, 427, 447, 448, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3(1)(r)(s)(w)(i) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
Allegation against the appellants is that the appellant thrown straws out of the house of the informant and also abused him by taking caste name.

APP (SJ) No.2287 of 2017 (2) dt.25-08-2017 2/2 Submission of the learned counsel for the appellants is that prior to occurrence, informatory petition had been filed by the appellants as they were apprehending their implication in a false case and further submission is that they have been falsely implicated in this case and no such occurrence has taken place. Heard learned Special P.P. also, who has opposed the prayer for bail.
Having heard both sides, this appeal is not maintainable. Let the appellants surrender before the court of Special Judge and prayer for regular bail, which will be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by the order of this Court on the same may.
With the above observation, this appeal is disposed of.
