NATH ORAL ORDER 10-04-2015 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned additional public prosecutor.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Cheriya Bariyarpur P.S.Case No.13 of 2014 registered under Sections 304B, 201/34 of IPC.

The allegations as disclosed from the first information report is that the petitioner alongwith his son and other family members killed her daughter-in-law firstly by strangulating thereafter wrapping her in cloth, pouring Kerosen Oil and then put her on fire. It has also been alleged in the first information report that the deceased lady was carrying pregnancy of three months.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that no material has come against him in the case diary.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52105 of 2014 (3) dt.10-04-2015 It has also been submitted that another co-accused person namely Lalita Devi has been admitted to bail by this Hon'ble Court in Cr.Misc.No.22726/2014 by order dated 02.08.2014. After considering the submissions and the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, the application is rejected.
