This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Bahadurpur P.S.Case No.468 of 2018for the offences under Sections 149, 342, 323, 324, 504 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he has assaulted the informant by the dagger and also tried to kill him. There is also allegation of assault against Guddu also. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the same Guddu has been granted bail, vide order dated 27.11.2018 passed in B.P.No.782 of 2018 by the Sessions Judge and the petitioner is in custody since 29.7.2019. Trial has also commenced.

Heard learned A.P.P. , who has opposed the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56299 of 2019(4) dt.06-02-2020 2/2 for bail on the submission that there is specific allegation against the petitioner of trying to kill him by the trial court and in the injured condition he was taken to PMCH.. Having heard both sides an considering the submissions as made above and also considering the fact that the trial has already been commenced, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
