2. The present writ petition has been filed for quashing of the order dated 23.06.2016 passed in Service Appeal Case No. 304 of 2015 by the District Magistrate, Purnea which is annexed as Annexure-3.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order of appeal has been passed without hearing the grievance of the petitioner and has been decided in favour of the private respondents.
4. Learned counsel for the State submits that counter affidavit has already been filed and upon bare reading of the counter affidavit, it transpires that the grievance of the petitioner was duly considered and heard by the appellate authority and it has been mentioned that against the alleged appointment, petitioner had never raised any objection on earlier occasion. It has also come that according to the new Rule, the father-in-law of the petitioner was in government servant and on this ground she was not entitled for any appointment.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner in response thereof submits that similar matter has already been set aside vide order dated 23.04.2024 passed in case on Renu Sinha Vs. the State of Bihar in L.P.A. No. 633 of 2022.
6. After going through the records, it transpires that petitioner has raised no grievance at any early occasion and according to the, then law, the District Magistrate,
Patna High Court CWJC No.16760 of 2018(2) dt.02-09-2024 3/3 Purnea has correctly decided this matter.
7. Accordingly, the present writ petition shall stands dismissed.
