The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore CWJC No. 22030 of 2014, which stood dismissed on 26.8.2015 due to non-prosecution.

Learned counsel for the petitioner by way of referring to the statement made in paragraph no. 3 of the petition submits that since the petitioner's advocate had fallen ill, he failed to come to court and the writ petition stood dismissed due to nonprosecution.
